Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
I have a flat in CHS in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai. Managing committe is proposing to pass resolution of not allowing car to be parked in society premises whereas Owner's can park multiple cars (parking is not purchased by them - it is in common society compound). Is this permitted? I am objecting to it. Pl. advice.

Society (members) can prohibit the outsiders from parking their cars and vehicles in the premises which belong to the society.
