Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
The first floor of our Co-operative housing Society has a private terrace in which the owner has built a garden, there are severe leakages to the owners of the shops below, whose responsibilty is to have the leakages stopped, the Society has notified the owner of the terrace who have refused to Co-operate.
