I'm being forced by hired goons to withdraw a partition lawsuit that I have lodged. What could be the solution?

you can file a complaint before the magistrate and seek police protection.

one cannot lawfully force you to withdraw a case filed by you. you have a fresh cause of action and take appropriate steps by lodging a complaint
