Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
My freind's mother is pressing charges u/s 125 CrPC against his son who lives in USA. Is it a valid case? He is US citizen.
Please let me know.

yes, mother may seek maintainance from son, us or indian citizen, under 125 cr pc provided she has the address and can serve upon him.
