Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
A gift deed was executed between my father and me 1, between me and my wife 2, between my wife and her father 3, all was executed on the same day one after another and then registered. Is it valid transaction. how long the property should be in the holders name before being transfered to another person.

There is no minimum time period for which a property should be held in the donor's name before being transferred to another person vide a Gift. If the donor has a good title to the property, he / she can register a gift to whomsoever he / she chooses to.
