Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Good morning sir ! I have told u before we are five sibling .Two brothers and Three sisters .Both brother are expired and their wife are living in fateh nagar new delhi.Yesterday i have talked to my sister and asked my share then she have threatened me if i go for partition case she will hurt herself with set fire and my younger bhabi threaten me to kill my husband and my son.my elder bhabi said to me she will implicated false case against my husband and son.now i am in a fix what should i do.everything tell to judge sahib or not.if she will take extreme step my husband and son where will go.
