Dear Sir / Madam,
A Power of Attorney (POA) becomes null and void on the completion or happening of the event specified therein or on the demise of the issuer, whichever is earlier. In my opinion, since one of the signatories has expired, the validity of the POA has ceased.
Regards,
Dear Sir, GPA shall be made only for the specified purpose, & consists any conditions prescribed therein the said document, therefore soon as the husband dies, that what you said of P.O.A shall come to cease. Thank You, Kind Regards. Sanjay. K. Dixit, Advocate.
