Dear Sir,

You've said that your grand father's property has been fraudulently transfered to his sister-in-law in the year 1976 and the period of limitation to sue for any ancestral property is 12 years ( Twelve Years) accord to the Indian limitation act of 1963, hence you can not sue for the cancelation of fraudulent registration which took place in the period of 1976. But you can ask for the partition share value as a heir apparent thro' court of law, this has not been bared by the period of limitation.

Thank You,

Kind Regard. Sanjay K. Dixit, Advocate,
