Legal Question in Civil Litigation in

My grand mother had five acres of land. and she had two sons and one doughter. my father is elder among the three, can i get the share in the land because my father has expired now. If in case my grand mother is not willing to give the share, what should do ?

Dear Sir, Mam,

That you've wrote "grand mother had five acres of land", then if land is still with her, that you have to check this said property comes to your grand mother as ancestral property, or else her own self acquired property. Please learn if this 5 acres of land belongs purely as self acquired property by your grand mother, then that she's having her own right to dispose of her property in any way, and see that you can not question her with regard to her said property, or no legal means, that can take on behalf of any such self acquired property. Otherwise if this said property inherited by her through ancestors then you have the right option to question her said property by legal means.
