Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My grandfather(maternal) had a house which was gifted to him by his sister.he died without making any will.He is succeeded by his wife 2 sons and 2 daughters.We gave the house to a builder for contruction. at that time, one of the sons(my 1 st uncle)signed a document saying that he is giving away his share of property to my grandmother and his brother (other uncle).Though he took certain amount for that, it is no where mentioned in the document. Now my 1st uncle is deceased.will his wife and sons have claim over this property?

Successor of your first uncle will claim, obviously, because no any evidence you have as stated by you but you can succeed in litigation and remove him from the share.
