Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
Hi,
I am Prakash from Bangalore. My father gave a wrong date of birth while admitting in school. My actual DOB is 30-May-1978 but in all other records it is 30-May-1977. I am working in private sector and planning to correct as recently I found the birth certificate (given by Tamilnadu State Government Hospital). Can you please explain what procedure I need to follow to get this done?

all you need to do is to write for change of date of birth along with a copy of the birth certificate
