hiii.i was married on 25 jan 2015.in oct my gusband left me alone in home and niether recieving my call nor coming back home.i tried calling his family members after then they also stopped recieving my call.i was very much worried .i went to his elder brother place to solve the problem he said he dsnt care i went to his mother and father house they were not there and niether one of them recieved the call .few days after i got a concilliation letter i went fr concilluation but there it seemed he is just trying to expand the days and making false allegations against me.i dnt want to break the marriage as i think he is under someone else influence and he is gud by heart.what shouldi do.is it worth filling a rcr.r should i do something else

1) Preserve all evidences u hv, and gather the maximum possible tangible evidences including some out side eye-witnesses.
2) Since u r interested in continuance of matrimonial relation, better file RCR.
3) Better consult a local family law experienced advocate and explain full facts who will file RCR or 498A/ DV which suits the situation.
