Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
I have a house owned by my late mother's name. My mother was died in 2003. Now who will be legal hair for that. In family me, my father and my sister is there. some gold is also a part of my mother property. My sister take all gold with her without my permission. Is there right in legal way

Dear Sir,
Mother Gold becomes stridhan as of hindu law, thus gold arnaments should goes to sister as per hindu law, all living three will become legal heirs to such remaining immoveable property, and you can claim 1/3rd in said house.
