Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
Can a housing society levy legal charges from the member to litigate issue from the respective member.? if so the member need to foot two legal charges for the litigation .
what is the order passed on this by mumbai
high court or co-operative court.? the general body has passed a resolution on this and is this legally valid as this infringes ones fundamental right to litigate
issues.
