can a housing society make it compulsary to stick a sticker on vehicles? if yes den under which section of d society.......i dont want to put as a matter of security n personal choice too. If i wont put d sticker , dey vl chrge me 5 times parking charges den usual charges.. for eg.20 is charges if no sticker den rs.100 . 2) . can interest charged on non payment of parking charges . if its mentioned seperately in society charges....eg.. maintainance charges... various funds.... parking charges...... interes......

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
As per housing society made bye law rules, that they can charge you, since you have to go thro' it.
