Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am an inventor, I have invented different kind of Mass transport system. I believe its far better than Metro rail system. I want government impliment with my technology as its faster and very cost effective than metro rail. Should I file PIL to secure the public right of better transportation by stoping upcoming metrorail project which I believe far slower and very Costaly project?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, do not adopt a negative approach by filing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to voice and air your ideas. Simply launch your own website and display your views therein, because by doing so, you will not be restricted only to India, but you will reach audiences worldwide.
Regards,
