Has the Land Acquisition Act of 1894 been repealed? if so or not what happens to cases already pending finality of compensation under the old Act will the new act be implemented there?

In India, a new Act, The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
