Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
a land was bought in 1977 and divided among 3parties.mutually road was written on 1side.but it was occupied by huts etc. in 2parts. hence one party used his by building a part before 20yrs and other was used for many years for sawmill but now vacant. now after so many yrs some people registered this full third part as a giftdeed to a nearby masjid. donors are plot owners of other 2parts.
what is the ruling in this matter?
a case is filed in local court of hindupur A.P. for injunction.
what else can be done
