On July 2nd 2014 i made a sale deed for land purchase with a validity of 6 months, however the seller is not responding and demands extra money, and so, i would like to register that land through the civil court. Do kindly guide me on the process of land registration through civil court.

How can you execute the sale deed? You must have executed an agreement to sale in which the sale deed was to be executed within 6 months. Am I correct? If so, you can file a suit for specific performance u/s 34 of Specific relief Act. Contact for help or reference.
