Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I want to legally disown my brother. As I have been physically asulted and as have an FIR against him. I want to know whether I can disown him acording to Indian Laws.

To begin with you do not own your brother, so, the question of disowning does not arise. You may just pronounce the severance of relationship
