We are living in a house built in the name of my grandfather in rajasthan (india). we have been living since past two decades. Are we able to own this house on legal terms without giving any share to other inheritors of the property.
what are the conditions required to be fulfilled by the occupants of the property to legally own it.?

You will have to give share to other legal heirs. The condition of adverse possession will not apply against the coowner

all the inheritors are entitled for equal share in the property irrespective of the fact that you in possession.
