Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
my neighbours are doing encroachment on my land,I had measuring my land by government n collect the k prat of this certificate n they mention the encroachment on certificate,so what will I do,plz help me?

1) If the official surveyor/ revenue officials earmarked your covered the encroached part also and replanted survey stones, any one removing or displacing such survey stones is an offense and good ground for ur approaching the court.
2) Issue legal notice to the trespassers/ unauthorized encroachers thereafter file a civil suit before the competent court for identification of the property based on the k prat certificate and the other available documents.
