Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
The outsourced hospital has asked for the approval of some treatment for the patient referred to it, which was not approved by the competent authorities. Now the outsourced hospital has produced the photocopy of a document which shows approval for the same procedure by the competent authorities(now not in job and the).
1. what is the legal validity of such photocopied.
2. can the hospital claim the payment on the basis of photocopied approval.
3. can we refuse to accept such document and deny payment on the bill raised on such procedure.
