Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
I have been paying my ICICI bank card on time for 2 yrs but lately for high debt-income ratio, went deinquent for past 6 months, sd will settle the a/c in feb 2011. However, the bank send me a case hearing for CIBIL case in kolkata civil courts on 6th dec 2010, which I failed to go as I got that summon on 7th dec, what should I do next, I m peniless and helpless, what are the consequences, is it criminal and how can I settle and for what amount, my total dues are 95000

Dear Sir,
Please do not care for any of such small debts, you're the master of your own destiny, and for your kind information am telling you is that do not take any of such court summons for mere Rs.95,000, hence skip it any way that the bank officials can not take any action aganist you in severe for simple money recovery case, ok ? nothing will happen to you, just skip the summons of the court.
