Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
A Person has expired eight years back leaving a last and final registered conditional will with regard to his self acquired movable and immovable properties notifying his all children as beneficiaries except two sons. The beneficiaries sold their share except wives of above mentioned two sons.. The non beneficiary two sons declared their wives are rightful beneficiaries in an affidavit filed to the court. in some occassion. Now my question is can any of the children challenge the will . that has come to in action immediately after death of testator.

U shd go exactly as per the beneficiaries mentioned in the Will
subject to conditions stipulated. What is the condition to be examined.
