what is the procedure of revoking a power of attorney given to an employee to represent the company in legal matters.

Dear Sir,
Make another notarized affidavit for to revoke the same, Or if you're the incharge of the company, then make a new affidavit of your company letterhead, common seal, signature of Managing Director in order to revoke the old.
