Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I purchased a land in 2005 from another party. But Now Claim originated from a Daughter travancore Chrisitanof who was the owner of this property of a before 1965, He sold this to another party , the seconed pary sold this on 1970 and then it was shared at 1987. The claim is that the property was inherited by the petiotioners father and she was minor at that time. We have all the records. Is Mary roy case have any effect in this case ( She got shares of her fathers property ). Please Advice

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you have the chain of documents (of all the previous owners) for purchase of the land when you registered your purchase in 2005 with the District Tehsildar's office, you should defend your case if you already have received a date for the next hearing in the Court.
