Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I purchased new residential flat.total 10 flats in apartment .but one of the resident buy 6 flats and they are running phisiocare center in 6 flats.and remaining flats they taken rent.and their family living in 3 flats.it is creating so disturbance for me. can I go legally? But the other independent home owners are supporting that doctor if I go legally is any problem for me.? Is there any chance to close the phisiocare in my apartment?

that would depend upon the user of the premises. whether the property is lease hold or free hold. whether or not you were aware about the existence of physiocare centre in the building at the time when you purchased the flat.
