i have a un registerd wills by my father he excuite wills in 2003 but he was expired in 2008. i am writen application to chakbandi officer for mutation of my father land by my name but my brother and sister are objection about my wills.

since they have objected, you may file a case for grant of probate of the will in your favour.

in case they objection to the will, they will have to contest it before the civil court and seek injunction etc...you may seek amicably settlement or wait to contest the case.
