Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am residing in Faridabad since 2008. I had a valid passport earlier which I took from Cochin. It was valid till 30/12/2011. But I had to apply for a passport under damaged category as the letters/ entries started fading. But my police verification was not cleared and thus my application was rejected. Then in 31/12/2011, that passport expired. How I can I apply for a new passport? Will my earlier Police report affect my application this time?
