Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I had a room in Bhayander(West),Thane,Maharastra 401 101.Isold to one party.We did registration but after I found out that all other cheques given to me passed but one cheque of Rs.One lakh has return.Now on demanding the money the purchasing party does 'aaj or kaal'.Six month passed !Now I dont think they have an intention to give the money ! In this circumstance,what I shoud do ?
