Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir,
i have apply for SC caste certificate and i have enough documents regarding that i should have. my sub-caste is kaushik and father sub-caste is mahawar and my main caste is KOLI (SC).
The issue is that they want beside all document my father caste certificate from his department ( he is a Gov. post master)then we issued from department but now they again asked that in this certificate your father mention as a SC candidate we agree that but in these did not mention as they are KOLI. Now we does not have any other proof that we are KOLI.
some exceptional are also there like we have my 10 year old caste certificate but they don't want even see that. I want to issue new SC caste certificate. But they were not excepting it.
please sir tell me what should i do.?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Caste discrimination of any form or nature is illegal and a criminal Offense.
