Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir finally i go for partition case.i just want to know that it is a 150 square yards plots in fateh nagar( tilak nagar new delhi).we are five sibling.Two brothers and Three sisters.150 square yards divided into five persons.Every persons gets 30square yards.How much stamp duty do i have to pay plz help me.

You should check the ready reckoner available at the Stamp Duty Registrar's office for rate of duty applicable.

the circle rate for fateh nagar is 47410 per square meter and accordingly you can calculate. the court fee can be paid 1/5th of the total amount and it is 4%.
