hello sir, I am giving money to one person 1 lakh, but he is not giving money and he said no properties of my own but him wife is worked at ICDS department and him son is worked at sriram finance chits present. If I am file the complaint in court can I recover the money I have a promisary note.please tell me sir.

You can ask an Advocate to file the Summary Suit U/o.37(2)(1) as per the Civil Procedure Code 1908, against your said Promisary Note.

You should straightaway lodge a Police complaint for quick recovery of your money.

Yes, you can lodge a criminal complaint also for your unrecovered Promisory Note, but see that time limitation should not exceed 3 months (three months) at sight of issuance of such a Promisory Note.
