Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir I am living in society in chandigarh so Flat is in my name.I have nominated first My Husband and second my son.I have submitted an affidavit in the society office as a record regarding this.After mine My husband is the owner of this house he can sale this flat anytime.My son or daughter can file partition suit.Should i go for WILL that My Husband does not tolerate any trouble in the near future.Plz help me.
