sir maine mera laptop apne friend ke pas girvi rakha tha, ek month ke liye.ek month ke bad maine 10000rs uske account me deposit karwa diye jo maine usse liye the aur usne kaha wo next day laptop de dega lekin ab 2 month ke bad wo laptop dene se mana kar raha hai. mere pas laptop ka bill hai lekin koi proof nahi hai ki maine laptop uske pas girvi rakha tha. now what I can do ? please help me sir.....

Dear Sir / Madam,

Aapnay dost kay saat kiye sauday se ye zaahir hota hai kee ek mahina laptop istamal karnay ka bhaada Rs. 10,000/- hai. Laptop vaapas na karnay say dusray mahine ka bhaada aapkay dost par lagoo ho jata hai. Ab aap apnay dost say kaho kee ya toh mera laptop vaapas karo ya dusray mahine ka bhaada Rs. 10,000/- mujhe do. Kisi bhi haalaat may aapka koi nuksaan nahee hona chahiye. Dekho woh kya bolta hai. Agar nahee maanta hai toh seedhay Police station jaakar uskay khilaaf rapat likhwayeeye.
