Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir, I request you to clarify whether a married women, aged about 62 years who has got married approximately before 30 years does have any rights on the ancestral property of her father. i.e if the women have 5 brothers and her parents are deceased and have left some property which has to be divided among all of them. Sir, under the present laws does she has any legal rights to claim the property which is earned by her father and he died inte-state. Presently both of her parents are no more.
