Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
sir we have taken a site on the basis of development.on our request the owner of the plot has given gpa to one of our own person.we have taken some advances from the persons and undevided share of land registered in their favour.subsequently the plan was not approved by local authorities.we have paid all the amounts back but not taken any acknowledgement of money.now one person is causing trouble not agreeing for cancellation of the sale deed.remaining all agreed to cancel the sale deeds.what we shoud do now

filing a civil suit seems to be the only remedy in this case.
