Sir I have suited a partition case against my relative in Tis hazari court in new delhi.There is a 150 square yards in fateh nagar new delhi.We are five siblings and property distribute among five
siblings and everybody gets 30 square yards.Now My defendent wants compromise without going to the court.They wants that property should be registrate through Muncipal Corporation New Delhi.Everyone Gets Registry of their share through Muncipal Corporation?Plz tell me.
