Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Sir I have suited a partition case against my relative in Tis hazari court new delhi.We are five sibling.Property registry in my father's name.property distribute into five sibling.There is a 150 square yards house in Fateh Nagar New delhi.Everyone gets 30 square yards.Now my defendent wants compromise without going to the court.They wants that property should be register through Muncipal Corportion Janakpuri west.Is it possible to gets everyone register their 30 square yards through Muncipal Corporation.plz tell me.

Dear Sir / Madam,

With the out of Court settlement and mutual compromise, each of the five siblings will still be entitled to approx. 270.00454 sq.ft. of floor space which is good enough for a family of 3 persons in a prime locality like Fateh Nagar, New Delhi. Instead of wasting monies on litigation in the Court, I recommend you go ahead and register the partition with the Delhi Municipal Corporation at Janakpuri for the benefit of all.
