Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
thanks sir for telling me everything.Sir there is a 150 square yard in fateh nagar (tilak nagar new delhi).U have told me before that mcd circle rate of fateh nagar is Rs 47140.If i suit a partition case so my partition case will go in district court or high court and in which place such as saket court,tishazari court and another.
