Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir i am from visakhapatnam andhra pradesh.my grand father has hand over the rights of his own home to my fathers elder brother with out giving any share to my father.he wrote it as a gift check to him.now he is expired.i am 21 years.do i have any right to file a case on him that i have right on my grand fathers property.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your grandfather has gifted his property before his demise to your uncle and the title of the property has already been registered and transferred to your uncle's name, filing a case now would only prove to be futile.
