Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir Do not get me wrong but i did not get this from you.Sir I have suited a partition case and we are five siblings.There is a 150 square yards old house in fateh nagar.Everyone gets 30 squre yards.Now my question is If i won the case then i get 30 square yards so my property should be registration through the court or Muncipal Corportion janakpuri west new delhi.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your 30 sq.yards property will have to be registered with the Delhi Municipal Corporation in Janakpuri.
