Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir,
City corporation has not approved the building plan and builder constructed the building. All basic amenities such as electricity, telephone and water supply are being connected. Municipal tax also being collected by city corporation. now, the RTI activist has raised objection with the all departments as for unauthorized building how facility has been given and electricity supply company can extend power supply or to disconnect. Further, Electrical Inspectorate also in fix to issue the Electrical Fitness certificate kindly suggest what action to be taken by the electrical Inspectorate authorities

if the building plan is not taken and no NOC has been obtained from the municipal authorities the building is illegal and unauthorised. If the electricity department provides connection to such building go ahead and do so. for further query contact 9312411481
