Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir,
I have given Rs.580980/- to a Chitfund Agent for opening of New Chit Account on various dates from 01.06.12 to 09.10.12.But so far she has not opened the account.After my frequent follow ups she promised me to return the money. Since she is dodging me without repayin the amount what is the legal remedy for recovering my amount.

1) If u have proof, file FIR with police against the agent and chit fund company.
2) Also file case against both for recovery of the amount.
