Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hi Sir,
My Father had a brother & He is the elder one.
My grand mother(father's mother) took a land and made it registerd with her name.
after one year she died and passed awy. Then My father's brother took the signature of my father & and re-registered the land with his name & constructed house.
Now My father & father's borther both are died and passed away.
Could you suggest me what are my rights on that land. Is there any fiesibilities to get it my share as a grand son for that land..?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the land and the house is registered in the name of your deceased Uncle in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar, you have very little chance of getting a share from it.
Regards,
You have NO RIGHT in the said property as an heir of your grandmother. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
