Whether the Societies Registration Act lays down any procedure for amendment of the Rules and Regulations of the Society, registered under the Act? If so what are the procedures to be followed?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Any matter regarding amendment of the Rules and Regulations of the Society has to be placed before, and approved by the quorum for the general body meeting. Section 101 of the Act defines "quorum" as : "The quorum for every general body meeting of the Society shall be 2/3rd of the total number of members of the Society or 20, whichever is less".
