Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
in our society if a girl accuse any boy for anything everyone accept it make the boy culprit without any prooof, but what if a girl harrashing any boy by threating him that she will commit suicide and leave the suicide note accusing the boy for being with her in a relationship.
as they were in a relationship but after some time boy came to know that girl is not a right person keeping relationship with boys is her hobby, they were fightng a lot and then boy want to leave this relationship but girl forcing him by suicide threat. please suggest me what should we can do in such a situation.

Law has a solution only after en event happens, not before it. Hence, this is a social issue and not a legal one. Having said that, I can understand the problem faced by the boy.
