Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
One of the Society member is never attending any meetings since last so many years.Can we take some action against him??? Also he is pressurising the mananging committee to favor him for many other matters?? Please guide.

Dear sir,
I, presume that all the share holders of any registered co- op society will become member of such society and this is no binding to any of member to compel to attend any meeting unless that he wields the directorship position, Ok ?
