i had supported my friend in his court marriage as i had signed as a witness they both are from different religion and after marrige they run away so is their any problem that i should have to face or it can be a legal problem

No there would not be a legal problem to you, maximum you may have to give evidence in court that you were a witness the marriage. Nothing beyond that.
